Drift into deep restoration this unique fusion of gentle aerial yoga and immersive sound healing. We begin with slow, supported movements in the hammocks to release tension and open the body without strain. The practice finishes in an indulgent floating Shavasana, where you lie suspended in the hammock, weightless and fully supported. As you surrender to gravity, I will guide you into a meditative state using singing bowls, creating a sonic blanket that washes over your nervous system. Leave feeling grounded, fully relaxed, and effortlessly lifted. What to expect: -Gentle aerial stretches and supported inversions. -A unique "floating" final relaxation (Shavasana) in the hammock. -Live sound bath with crystal or Tibetan singing bowls. -No prior aerial experience necessary; all levels welcome.
