About this event
The transition between beginner and intermediate. Designed to give you the strength, control, and technique to rise into more advanced tricks with confidence. This class is for polers who already have their climbs and are working on, or have, their inverts from the floor but do not yet have an aerial invert. Together, we’ll focus on conditioning, spotting, and mastering the core mechanics that unlock the next level of your training.
