Experience supreme relaxation in this Restorative yoga experience. During the class the instructor will assist in setting up restorative floor poses with props and modifications. These fully supported poses are held anywhere from 8-15 minutes to facilitate deep relaxation and restoration. With regular practice students can expect to feel a great sense of peace and well-being and varying degrees of healing for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
