Grown-Up & Me Yoga (Ages 5 and under)

Grown-Up & Me Yoga Tuesdays, 9:30–10:30 AM · Ages 5 and under with a grown-up A playful, welcoming class for little ones and the grown-ups who love them. Together we’ll move, breathe, sing, and play through kid-friendly poses, simple breathing games, and a calm moment of rest at the end. Come as you are. Whether your little one joins every pose or spends class exploring the room, there’s a place for everyone. No yoga experience needed, for you or your child. Led by Meghann Foley, yoga teacher and mama of two, this class is about connection, community, and finding joy in movement, one breath at a time. Good to know: Wear comfy clothes you can move in. Mats are welcome & we have them too. Bring water and anything your little one needs to feel at ease. One grown-up per child (additional children $5 within the age range). Reserve your spot online.
