About this event
This is an intermediate+ 60-minute class. Refine your basics and add to your repertoire of choreography skills. This class utilizes all styles of LowFlow with new dance pathways taught weekly. Build stamina, fine tune movement quality, enhance musicality and work on more difficult tricks and pathways while dancing. Choreography is built for platform heels and are highly encouraged. PREREQUISITE: Pirouette, all grips, basic climb, pole sit, fan kick, safe invert, at least three intermediate Flow Magnetic classes.
