About this event

Every month we offer a different type of meditation practice. Our instructors offer a variety of experience and knowledge. From yoga nidra, to sound healing, guided visualizations - this is a time to tune in to you.

All you need to bring is an open mind and willingness to try something new.

Each month we do make donations for the instructor's time and to charity of their choice.
