About this event
Based on the GYROKINESIS(R) Essentials, Format 1 class structures and Cardiovascular Breathing Program 1, this exploration of seated and standing work will focus on various segments of the body while attending to coordination of the whole system. We'll combine motion of the spine and limbs with specific breathing patterns, neuro-centric exercises, sit-to-stand patterns, and balance work to regenerate and rejuvenate the body. NO experience necessary! Class may be attended both in-person and virtually.
