ACC is set to break ground on a new West Valley Shelter with 630 kennels to improve services for local animals.

Gilbert’s annual Christmas tree recycling program is open through Jan.
14 at select locations including Gilbert Regional Park, Freestone Park, and Sunbelt Rentals. Real, unbagged trees will be recycled to create fish habitats at Apache Lake (targeting 600 trees) and to benefit an animal sanctuary.
