- ➤ Higley Unified School District proposed a $500,000 increase in its capital budget for fiscal year 2025–26 as officials expected less funding from the Arizona Legislature. Officials said surplus funds drove the decision to spend more on school improvements. Gilbert Independent
- ➤ On April 7, The School House will open at 2680 S. Val Vista Drive (suite 157) in Gilbert and serve children from 6 weeks to 5 years old with full-time and part-time programs.
