CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A former Gilbert man lost his appeal to change his 2023 second-degree murder conviction for the 2017 killing of his wife—who died in their bathroom—after the Arizona Court of Appeals said his claims about witness testimony and jury problems were unconvincing, meaning he will stay in prison for nearly 25 years unless a higher court hears his case.
