GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Gilbert Town Council voted 6-0 on August 5 to create the Colonia Home Ranch Irrigation Water Delivery District requested by local subdivisions. The new district will manage water delivery and build the needed irrigation infrastructure under state law. Gilbert Independent
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Western Retail Advisors has finalized new lease agreements at the Northside at SanTan Village phase one mixed-use project in Gilbert & The Workshop Pilates, NOW Massage, The Milkshake Factory and Face Foundrie now join Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille, bringing occupancy to about 60%. The development is under construction and will open for tenants in Q1 2026. Gilbert Independent
- ➤ The Planning Commission approved the master site plan for The Ranch, a 311-acre mixed-use development near Elliot and Power roads. Power Ranch Land Co.
