  • The Gilbert Town Council has approved two resolutions that set the stage for hundreds of millions of dollars in future bond-funded projects—measures that will later reimburse expenditures on design, planning, or early project work instead of authorizing an immediate sale of bonds. One resolution targets parks, public safety facilities, and transportation improvements with an estimated $500 million in future Public Facility Municipal Property Corporation bonds.  Gilbert Independent

  • Body Vitality, a new health and wellness clinic founded by Paul Schmidt, will celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 17 at 2174 E. Williams Field Rd., suite 200 in Gilbert.
