GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Gilbert Planning Commission approved a rezoning request for a 311-acre mixed-use development by Lennar Homes on the southeast corner of Germann Road and Val Vista Drive—despite staff concerns over traffic, safety, and design. Lennar Homes will build 1,739 homes with neighborhood commercial space and must meet 26 town conditions to address these issues. Gilbert Sun News
