- ➤ An entity linked to Kathryn L. McEuen bought the Primrose School property on August 18 for $5 million from a seller linked to Neeta Manubhai Madhavbhai Bhakta. The deal used a $10,000 down payment and two SBA loans from First Bank of the Lake to finance an 11,777—square—foot day-care center built in 2015 on 1.58 acres with a secure playground and about 47 parking spaces.
