GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Gilbert Planning Commissioners reviewed changes to the town’s land development code that may let more middle housing be built in neighborhoods with single-family homes near the Heritage District. The update follows House Bill 2721 (state law) and requires the town to allow duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes and townhomes by January 2026. Gilbert Independent
