- ➤ Town officials are reviewing the Ash Street realignment plan that threatens American Legion Post 39’s parking and fundraising events near Mural Pocket Park (a cherished local landmark). - ➤ Riparian After Dark will return to the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch on Dec. 12 to 22, featuring light displays along a mile of accessible trails. The event runs nightly from 5:30 to 9 p.m. with $5 tickets online (children under 3 free). Gilbert Independent
